1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • You must contact our support team within 7–14 days of receiving your order

  • You must provide photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personal care and hygiene items

  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate goods

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Digital goods

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Clearance or final sale products


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email:

Include the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Email used at checkout

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos (if defective, damaged, or incorrect item)

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide instructions.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

Lionpride covers the return shipping if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective or not functioning as described

Customer covers return shipping if:

  • You changed your mind

  • You ordered the wrong size/color

  • You no longer want the item

  • The item is not defective

Return shipping fees are not refundable.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • The returned item is used or damaged by the customer

  • Items are returned without authorization

  • Items fall under the non-returnable category


5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

If you want an exchange for the same product, please mention it in your email.


6. Order Cancellations

Before shipment:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After shipment:

We cannot cancel your order once the package has been shipped.
You may request a return after it arrives (if eligible).


7. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Lost package:

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Tracking says delivered but you didn’t receive it:

Please check:

  • Your mailbox

  • Your neighbors

  • Your building office

  • Local post office

We will assist you, but we are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery is confirmed.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Take clear photos or videos

  2. Email wayne@dramapapa.com

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours

We will provide a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.


9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before opening a chargeback with your bank or payment provider:

Most issues can be solved quickly.
Unnecessary chargebacks may delay your resolution.
